In 2005, Lior released his debut album 'Autumn Flow'. The album was released independently without a label, the only real goal for Lior was paying back the money borrowed for the creation of the album.

After getting picked up by Triple J, Lior's music took a life of its own. 'Autumn Flow' went on to be nominated for Australian Album of the Year by Triple J, and was nominated for 3 ARIA Awards including Best Male Artist. 'Autumn Flow' was one of the year's most successful independent releases,and Lior has since become one of few independent Australian artists to have sold over 60,000 albums on a debut.

Over the past 18 months Lior has been consumed with releasing his critically acclaimed debut internationally, as well as creating his much awaited second album due for release.

Francois Tétaz is a composer and producer, based in Melbourne. You can hear his production on records by Lior, Gotye, Architecture in Helsinki and New Buffalo. His score for Wolf Creek won Feature Film Score of the Year at the 2006 APRA-Australian Guild of Screen Composers awards and he recently completed the score for the man-eating crocodile movie Rogue, due for release in November 2007. 

Franc runs a music post-production studio and is currently producing an album for up and coming indy megastars Hot Little Hands. He will be collaborating with Ben Lee in early 2008 on Nash Edgerton's debut feature film The Square.

Franc is also the A&R director for Rubber Records.

Paul established PLW Productions in 1997, a one-man operation writing and producing music from a studio set up in his own lounge room. In less than a year, he progressed from doing simple demos and band tracks for off-the-street clients to working with some of the biggest names in the industry. Through his doors over the next few years came the likes of Vanessa Amorosi, Delta Goodrem, Mark Holden, Marcia Hines, Ross Wilson, Belinda Emmett and Tina Arena.

It was obvious that operations soon needed a more official space and so Paul moved PLW Productions into proper recording studios in Port Melbourne. This move brought more diverse work, including TV and radio advertising, several albums from artists such as Tania Doko, Mike Brady and Monique Brumby as well as attention from major labels like Sony, BMG and Warner.

It was at this stage that Paul explored the world of artist development, creating several acts, one of which was a young vocalist named Tali, when he successfully created an alliance with Michael Gudinski's label, Liberation Records. Tali was released in 2001 and enjoyed media support and high rotation airplay on major radio networks throughout Australia .

It was also that year which saw Paul jet off to Los Angeles to work with The Matrix (Avril Lavigne, Hillary Duff, Britney Spears, Enrique Iglesias). As a result of this association, Paul was signed to Sandy Roberton of Worlds End America, one of the largest Producer Managers in the U.S.

PLW Studios in Los Angeles was established in 2003. Later that year Paul teamed up with songwriter Victoria Wu . Over the next few years, the pair went on to write and produce for a string of impressive artists like The Backstreet Boys, Human Nature, Marcia Hines, Anthony Callea, Shannon Noll, Guy Sebastian, Dean Geyer, Ricki Lee Coulter, Kate De Araugo, Casey Donovan, Paulini, Robert Mills, Tammin Sursok, Tania Doko, Mercury 4, Katie Underwood, Sophie Monk, Nikki Webster and Melissa Tkautz.

Paul and Victoria were married in Las Vegas in 2004 and had their first son, Julien the next year. By the time their second son, Orlando was born in 2006, they had acquired two brand new buildings in the heart of South Melbourne where they now run the PLW Group. PLW headquarters now boasts a record company with a blossoming dance sector, ambient line, digital distribution as well as the pop label. There are also several studios and editing suites in constant operation.

Victoria began as an artist, singing, dancing and playing keyboards in several bands until 1992 when she joined dance act “Culture Shock” which spawned a Top 20 single “Satisfy The Groove” through Sony Music. Over the next two years, Culture Shock toured the country as supports for “D:REAM”, “Culture Beat”, “Melodie MC”, “Cut ‘n Move” and Pauline Henry. They were also promoted on Rage, Video Hits, Hey Hey It's Saturday, all the morning TV shows, major radio networks and print media.

In 1996, Victoria joined the Sydney production of “Miss Saigon” as a member of the chorus as well as understudy for the role of “Gigi”.

Mel Bampton is an Australian radio announcer, best known for her work on the Triple J network. She began at the station in 2000 as producer of the Drive show - with Costa Zouliou, Myf Warhurst, Nicole Fossati and Charlie Pickering at various times. In mid-2002, Fossati left the station, and Bampton took her place as co-host.

In 2004 the station's programming underwent major changes, and Bampton started hosting her own music show "Mel in the Mornings", which was from 9-12pm Monday to Friday.

On January 26 , 2007 , Mel finished her role as a Triple J presenter and is currently in the process of making the 2nd annual Producer Series for Triple J, which so far has featured Steve Albini (Nirvana, PJ Harvey, Joanna Newsom), Michael Beinhorn (Hole, Marilyn Manson, The Bronx), Trina Shoemaker (Queens Of The Stoneage, Something For Kate), Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian) & more.
