In 2005, Lior released his debut album 'Autumn Flow'. The album was released independently without a label, the only real goal for Lior was paying back the money borrowed for the creation of the album.
After getting picked up by Triple J, Lior's music took a life of its own. 'Autumn Flow' went on to be nominated for Australian Album of the Year by Triple J, and was nominated for 3 ARIA Awards including Best Male Artist. 'Autumn Flow' was one of the year's most successful independent releases, and Lior has since become one of few independent Australian artists to have sold over 60,000 albums on a debut.
Over the past 18 months Lior has been consumed with releasing his critically acclaimed debut internationally, as well as creating his much awaited second album due for release. |
