AMCOS New Zealand acts as a mail box for the major record companies quarterly distibutions (in Australia the major record companies account direct to AMCOS publisher members). Each major record company sends their payment and statements to AMCOS New Zealand. These are forwarded to the Australian office where the statements are analyzed and separate payment made to the relevant publisher members. Payments are usually make within a fortnight of receipt by AMCOS.
