KAYE HAWLEY'S UPDATE

by Kaye Hawley
Manager Publisher Services, APRA

Many thanks to our publisher members for adhering to our internal cut off dates for Distribution 42A.  Apart from the inevitable last minute changes, for the most part all went very smoothly. Please review your Suspense Accounts in CMS after the distribution as there will be works which will go into suspense prior to the cutoff.

Thanks also to our members for their co-operation on the recent Suspense Account clean up.  Together we’ve managed to resolve quite a few disputes which had remained outstanding for some time.

In other news, Andy Stern, Director of Distribution, did a presentation on the various aspects of distribution at the Publisher Forum held on the 3 March 2005. If you would like a copy of this presentation, please email me.

Finally, a reminder to return your new AMCOS license and Opt Out categories. If you have misplaced the documents please call me on 02 9935 7966 or email me and I will ensure you receive two new documents for completion and return to this office as soon as possible.
